The Omega DBCL-400-400-120 is a portable dry block temperature calibrator designed for field and industrial calibration of RTDs, thermocouples, thermistors, and bimetallic temperature switches. Its wide temperature range — from ambient +5°C up to 450°C — makes it suitable for most process industry applications without the need for a benchtop setup.
The unit features a precision-machined metal insert that provides excellent thermal uniformity across all sensor insertion holes, minimizing calibration errors. The Fluke 4180 is a precision blackbody infrared calibrator that provides a stable, controlled radiation source for verifying and calibrating all types of non-contact infrared thermometers. Unlike dry block calibrators which insert probes into a heated block, the 4180 uses a high-emissivity flat plate target to simulate the thermal radiation of a real surface — making it the correct tool for any IR thermometer calibration task.
With a temperature range of 35°C to 120°C and ±0.40°C accuracy, the Fluke 4180 covers the most common IR thermometer applications including food safety, medical screening, HVAC, and industrial process monitoring. The Fluke 80TK is a compact thermocouple adapter module that converts any standard digital multimeter into a temperature measurement device. It accepts a Type-K thermocouple probe and outputs a DC millivolt signal proportional to temperature, which is read through the multimeter's voltage input — no dedicated temperature meter required.
Compatible with all Fluke multimeters and most third-party DMMs, the 80TK is the most cost-effective entry point for temperature measurement in your test kit. Ideal for HVAC technicians, electricians, and maintenance engineers who already own a DMM and need occasional temperature checks without investing in a standalone calibrator. Note: the 80TK measures temperature — it is not a calibration source.
